My name is Lily and I’m a graduate of Laine Theatre Arts, where I obtained my first class BA (Hons) degree in Musical Theatre. I have been dancing since the age of three, and before Laine, trained as an associate at The Royal Ballet School in Covent Garden for seven years. I have always loved ballet and was fortunate enough to play the lead Tutu Marlow in the 2017 film ‘You Can Tutu’ which is all about aspiring young ballerinas! I’ve also danced principal roles with the London Children’s Ballet, having been in their West End company for four years in a row. Since attending Laine, I have found a new passion for musical theatre and am pursuing a career in this sector and also teaching for private dance schools. Outside of the dance studio, I love to play the flute, bake yummy cakes, and paint!
